We can machine components up to 762mm x 508mm x 508mm, with 4th-axis machining providing greater flexibility for more complex components and reduced setup times. We programme using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM, enabling efficient machining strategies and a smooth transition from design to manufacture.
Every component is manufactured under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and inspected using advanced metrology equipment, including our Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CMM, Keyence image measurement system, Vici Vision and Hi-QA inspection software. This ensures every part is verified before leaving our workshop.
